We have been buying wine from this winery for our store for several years. We also drink this wine at home and with our friends. The company is a registered recipient of wine with destination Rooseveltova 892/49, 160 00 Prague 6, assigned unique number (SEED ID) CZ2313638Y001. Deliveries are duly reported to the Customs Office of the Czech Republic. Excise tax on sparkling wine is properly paid before the wine enters the customs territory of the Czech Republic. Winemaker’s statement: The Bernard Humbrecht estate is strong in its traditional Alsatian values, namely the production of quality wines with respect for tradition and the environment in order to enhance your dishes, from the most ordinary to the most refined. Another value that our farm is particularly attached to is the sustainability of our production, so that the next generation of winemakers can see the light of day and make wine in Gueberschwihr. Although the ways of working have changed over the generations, we place special emphasis on respecting our environment. We grow the vines in a sustainable way, we leave one row of vines grassed and the other we work mechanically.
